 As a Consultant and Executive Coach I bring you not only skills and techniques from a formal education in Organizational Development, but much that I learned first hand from the School of Hard Knocks. As the spouse (former) in a family owned business, I learned that working hard is no substitute for working smart! We believed that working hard and making good profits was success, but it destroyed what we really valued- our family. 70% of the American businesses are family-owned, and greatly benefit from consultants who understand how the business intersects with the family and how to intervene effectively.

Part of my goal is to also work with non-profits, who come to their work with great passion for the cause, but like the rest of us, neglect our internal workings and culture. When the organization itself becomes healthier, it can deliver more effective services. And our donated dollars don’t get wasted by being used ineffectively.
